Best place to source tile and the most friendly helpful staff! We have done 2 bathroom renovations where we went to S&S to source tile. Slavica, Alex and the whole team at S&S always gave us the best advice and options, fair pricing, and very easy to work with and get delivery on a big order. Honestly with renovations we have been weary of who we source from and the quality of the products and no doubt that my tile experience was the best. I am a customer for life! We will be doing our main floor in the future and all my tile will come from S&S! Thanks team!

Life is busy, so I only take the time to write reviews when the quality of my experience is so exceptional that I can't not do it. SS Tile and Stone is a wonderful establishment with which to do business. We found a beautiful tile pattern online that had 48 different tiles in the pattern. Wayfair had like 6 of them. We ordered one of each just as samples, which convinced us we had to have them. Well, the ONLY place we could find them all was through SS Tile. The tiles are made by a company called Heralgi out of Spain. It was a tough order to work out because of the distance the tiles would have to travel (Spain to Toronto), plus the need to import them into the states after they'd arrived in Toronto. But the owner of the store, Slavica, held our hand through the whole process. When the shipment came more slowly than expected (not because of any failing on SS Tile's part), she was regularly calling to give us updates. She was so friendly over the whole course of the process. Oh, and did I mention the price SS Tile gave us was much better than what Wayfair was offering? One last point is worth making; we came to SS Tile after we'd already found what we wanted. But once we found them (as the only source for our tile; nowhere in the entire U.S. had them), I was stunned at the beautiful selection of other tiles offered by SS Tile. So if you are looking for a tile shop with a world class selection and world class service, go no farther; go to SS Tile & Stone. Thank you, Slavica!

The existing reviews are accurate. Beautiful selection of decorative tile, including options that were not found in \bigger\ tile shops. Excellent and reliable service. Very friendly staff.
